The process is called Upliftment. The request for conversion of shares to certificates shall follow the following procedures:
- Fill up an Upliftment Request Form. Fill-up a Specimen Signature Card Submit the accomplished and signed Upliftment Form and Signature Card together with copies of your latest 2 valid IDs.
- Pay the appropriate Upliftment Fee of PHP 170.00 for every stock certificate. This can be charged to your online account provided it has a sufficient cash balance to cover the upliftment fee. At times, the Transfer Agent may require you to personally appear in their office. Timson Securities will notify you once it is required.
- Processing may take one (1) to three (3) months depending on the Transfer Agent. We will notify you once the Stock Certificates are available for release.
