I’m having problems installing Timson Trade on my computer, what should I do?

Listed are the most common problems encountered when installing Timson Trade on your computer:

Uninstall all Microsoft C++ packages in Control Panel > Programs and Features, then download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).

Solution

Uninstall all Microsoft C++ packages in Control Panel > Programs and Features, then download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).

Solution

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2.

Problem

Unauthorized Access: Please contact customer service

Solution

This means that you have already exceeded the 2-computer access limit for your account. If you wish to use a new device/computer, please send an account reset request to helpdesk@timson.com.ph one day before you wish to use your new device/computer.

Run as Admin

Solution

Go to the file’s folder (usually Downloads). Right click the iTradeRS .exe file and click “Run as Admin”. Please make sure to be logged-in as admin on your computer before doing this.
